Alejandro grew up in Argentina with milanesa as a staple. When he moved to Sydney in 2008, he quickly noticed that nothing came close. No flavour. No texture. No real technique.
After 20 years of waiting, he built it himself.
Starting with a small marquee at Sydney food markets, La Mila grew from an idea into a fully equipped food trailer — driven by one thing: flavour.
The milanesa is crispy on the outside, juicy and rich through the middle, layered on premium continental bread, and finished with La Mila's house-made sauce — a unique combination of chimichurri and salsa criolla that makes it unmistakably ours.
